How to make a custom bracelet
Designed by you, strung by hand.
Arrange the beads yourself in your browser: choose the materials, set your wrist size and decide the order, with the price worked out as you go. Once you order, our artisans string your design bead by bead, compare the finished piece with it, and inspect it before shipping.

How an order is made
- iMeasure your wristWrap a soft tape or a strip of paper around the narrowest part of your wrist and enter that measurement; we add the ease for you.
- iiChoose and arrangeArrange the beads into a circle in the designer and see the price, bead count and the bracelet's character as you go.
- iiiOrder and payOnce payment goes through we notify you by email or text message, and the order page shows your progress at any time.
- ivHandcraftedStrung bead by bead in the order and wrist size you confirmed. If a material runs out and needs replacing, we ask you first.
- vPhoto checkThe finished piece is photographed and compared with your design bead by bead — count, colour and order.

- 04Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length with a ruler.

What wrist sizes can you make?
The designer accepts wrist sizes from 100 to 250 mm. If you enter a value outside 135–195 mm, it asks you to double-check that you measured around the wrist.
Should I add some extra room myself?
No. Enter your actual wrist size; we add the ease that suits the style, and the designer shows the inner length after it is added.
How long until my bracelet arrives?
Each piece is made after you order and ships in about 14 business days; delivery time is additional. This is an estimate, and the actual arrival date depends on the carrier.
Can I return a bracelet once it is made?
Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, made-to-order pieces are not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period. After paying and before production starts, you can contact us to cancel for a full refund; once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
What if the bracelet I receive does not match my design?
If the piece is defective, clearly differs from the design you ordered, or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within seven days of receiving it and include photos. Depending on the case we will remake, repair or refund it.
Will the stones look exactly like they do on screen?
Not exactly. Natural stones vary in pattern, colour and inclusions, so the finished piece will not match the preview perfectly.
What happens if a material is out of stock?
If something needs replacing, we always ask you first and never charge you extra. Until you agree, work on that bracelet is paused.
Which payment methods can I use?
The options shown at checkout apply. They currently include ECPay (credit card, ATM transfer), LINE Pay and international credit cards.
Where can you deliver?
Home delivery or convenience store pickup; the options available to you are shown at checkout.
Do I need an account?
No. You can design and order without an account; with one, your designs are saved to your profile.
